This is the first time I met Marley at the pet store. He looked like a puppy from the Christmas commercials. He constantly gnawed on my shoes and seemed to have a carefree attitude. I was originally leaning towards getting a female but he seemed to be the best of the lot.

Had some delicious cuts of meat on our fantastic date night and my first time to Fogo De Chao.
We walked the Main Street strip in downtown Buda and had a nice dinner date at Nonna Gina’s. We enjoyed ourselves over a glass of wine and an appetizer of melted cheeses and bread. Both of our dishes were pasta based and tasted home-made, especially the meatballs in my dish. The cost was very reasonable at $41. We also discovered there is a new bar/tavern open called Tavern on Main. It is fairly spacious and had already drew a nice crowd. It appears to be open until 10 pm on most nights.
Congrats to Mark and Megan. The wedding was great and we really enjoyed ourselves at the reception.

Ashley and I went on a double date with Tracy and Chase to Home Slice Pizza. Home Slice is located on S.Congress and the atmosphere is almost as good as the food. We had a great time and I played with my instagram app for the first time.
I’ve been seeing a lot of doves lately and it’s getting me excited for fall. Last year there was a good number of birds flying over our lease land and I hope this year turns out to be the same or better. We mostly say white wing dove this year, but there were still some morning dove around. It seems the white wings are migrating farther and farther north. I wonder if they are in direct competition with the morning doves?
